At Chimera, we want every experience to feel luxurious from the first touch to the last. Since our products are crafted for personal use, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase or received the wrong product, we are happy to offer a replacement or refund. There’s no need to ship the product back. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can make it right.
For exchanges due to selecting the wrong fragrance, we will gladly send a replacement of equal value. Please note: this applies only to unopened products.
